We want you to be 100% happy with our services and our products. If you are not, we will give you your money back or a free pair. We will provide a new shoe for any quality issues which are not caused by normal wear and tear. Please note for Design Your Own shoes, as these have been specially designed by you for your child, no exchanges or refunds are permitted.

Once the shoe has been worn outside the house issues not related to quality such as fit or not liking the style are not covered by the guarantee. You have two weeks from the time the shoes are received to change your mind on fit and style so long as the shoes are in new condition. Our guarantee is intended to cover the wear and tear of the shoes you have purchased.
